Product & Onboarding Manager

This hybrid role bridges Product Management and Client Onboarding, ensuring Vision RECap continues to meet evolving market needs while delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to clients across insurers, brokers, and commercial property owners.

You will define and execute the product roadmap, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and develop onboarding programs that accelerate client time-to-value and maximise long-term retention.

• Own and refine the Vision RECap product roadmap in alignment with business objectives, client feedback, and industry trends.
• Translate client needs and compliance requirements into clear product requirements, workflows, and feature sets.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver intuitive, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Oversee product testing, release planning, and go-to-market readiness for new features.
• Partner with industry stakeholders to ensure Vision RECap maintains a competitive and regulatory advantage.
• Monitor platform usage, feature adoption, and client satisfaction to guide continuous improvement.
• Act as product ambassador at client meetings, industry events, and webinars.

Onboarding Management

• Design and execute structured onboarding programs for insurers, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Lead client kick-off and configuration workshops, ensuring data integration and user setup are completed on schedule.
• Develop training resources, onboarding guides, and user documentation tailored to industry workflows.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handover post-onboarding and to identify early adoption challenges.
• Track and report onboarding KPIs such as time-to-first-policy placement, data completeness, and onboarding NPS.
• Ensure clients are fully operational, confident, and seeing measurable benefits from Vision RECap within agreed timelines

3–5+ years in Product Management, Implementation, or Client Onboarding within SaaS, ideally in insurance, risk management, or related financial services.

• Proven experience managing complex B2B product lifecycles and high-touch client onboarding.
• Familiarity with insurance workflows, placement processes, and risk data management is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, compliance, and system integrations.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies and product analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and commercial awareness
• Working knowledge of Coda, Miro and other relevant platforms
• Candidates must have permanent work rights in Australia.

• Product: Platform stability, feature release velocity, adoption of new capabilities.
• Onboarding: Average time-to-portfolio live and onboarding completion in accordance with agreed timelines.
• Overall: Contribution to client retention, platform utilisation, and revenue growth.

100% FTE monthly salary, fully inclusive of superannuation and all other benefits, including 4 weeks annual leave (negotiated based on experience, market, and capability)

Incentive target –** A one team, one target of top line renewable revenue for VRP

Reaching Incentive goal – A percentage of revenue above the target will be allocated to a bonus pool for the benefit of the tribe

Office location - 3 Spring Street, Sydney

We understand the value of collaboration and to support your learning and development, office attendance is role based, typically a minimum of 4 days per week with other days as required based on customer needs, workload and impending deadlines. More formally, hybrid working arrangements may be negotiated after probation period.
