Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for our Residential Personal Carers across the region.

This role will work closely with the Residential Service Managers and be responsible for the coordination, planning and delivery of the Residential Personal Carers onboarding program across the region.

The successful applicant will provide continued education and training on onboarding process and any future iterations to Residential key stakeholders.

They will also collect and monitor survey data in relation to new employee onboarding experience, escalating concerns to relevant stakeholders as required.

This is a full-time opportunity with an attractive salary, plus 10.5% superannuation, not-for-profit salary packaging, penalties, and allowances.
