Compliance & Onboarding Manager
, where you'll lead a high-performing customer service team and ensure seamless, compliant onboarding processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a customer service team, driving performance, engagement, and service excellence
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure compliance with AML/CTF, KYC, and regulatory obligations
  • Develop and maintain onboarding frameworks, SOPs, and training programs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Legal teams to deliver smooth customer journeys
  • Conduct audits, manage risk controls, and ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards
  • Monitor team KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer queries and onboarding issues


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in compliance, onboarding, and customer service leadership
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations and onboarding best practices
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
