Job Role: Business Onboarding Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Onboarding Manager to lead our loyalty program nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end onboarding and support services for multiple retailers across the country, building strong working relationships.
  • Support account management and provide post-launch assistance.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Oversee retailer training programs to ensure key learning objectives are met.
  • Participate in implementing business success strategies.
  • Develop positive relationships with state operations teams, retailers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Contribute to timely and effective business decision-making for successful commercial outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer success or onboarding (retail or FMCG preferred).
  • B2B background.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence decisions.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a sense of urgency to drive change and set direction.
