You will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed to plan, aligned with operational requirements, and successfully transitioned into ongoing operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business positioned for growth and committed to sustainability, safety, and performance.Other Key Responsibilities Include, But Aren't Limited ToMonitoring engineering progress, resources, and productivityEnsuring compliance with GM3 standards, legislation & industry codesManaging project risks, handover, and closeout processesOverseeing Dyke equipment maintenance, ensuring both preventive and corrective tasks are completed on schedule to maximize equipment availability targets.Providing updates and technical input for project reportingLeading and allocating project crews for optimal outcomesEngaging and collaborating with all stakeholders across the mine to ensure that project critical paths are actively monitored and delivered on timeAbout YouYou will be an experienced project professional with strong electrical expertise and the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across diverse teams.
You thrive in a mining environment and bring a proactive approach to safety, governance, and delivery.You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:Delivering projects safely, on-time & within budgetManaging and motivating teams in complex operational settingsBuilding strong relationships across multiple stakeholdersDriving continuous improvement and operational integrationQualifications, Skills, And CompetenciesDegree, Associate Diploma or Trade Certificate in Electrical Engineering / TradeMinimum 5 years' underground coal mining experienceStrong communication & influencing skills across all levelsProven knowledge of effective project management in mining operationsIf this sounds like your next career step, we'd love to hear from you.
