The Role
Following an internal promotion, our client is seeking an outstanding
Key Account Manager
to take ownership of major retail partnerships and drive results that shape their continued success. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to lead strategy, build powerful retailer relationships, and deliver consistent growth across a broad product portfolio.
You will
Develop and own account strategies with leading retailers, supported by strong forecasting and planning
Exceed sales performance across an innovative product portfolio
Build and strengthen key customer partnerships through quarterly reviews, strategy sessions, and commercial negotiations
Leverage promotional calendars and market insights to identify new growth opportunities
Collaborate across product, supply chain, marketing and finance to deliver seamless execution and superior customer outcomes
About You
Proven experience in account management within consumer goods, appliances, or a fast-paced retail environment
Strong existing relationships with major retailers (
JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys highly regarded
)
Commercially sharp with strong analytical skills — able to translate data into winning strategies
Resilient, energetic, and ambitious — thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment
