- Niche team with a pathway for career progression.- Your new role- An exciting opportunity to join our Global Reinsurance Underwriting Operations team as a Reinsurance Administrator, where you'll be part of a team that places the reinsurance protections for Australia Pacific (AUSPAC) as well as provide insightful research, analysis, and strategic recommendations. The team establishes a supervisory framework to efficiently monitor and manage the Group's risks through reinsurance, ultimately contributing to shareholder value.- Reporting to the Senior Reinsurance Portfolio Manager, this role will support key activities, including reinsurance placement, portfolio management, and data-driven decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop their skills in a specialised area and learn all there is to know about reinsurance.- In this role you will:- Support the development of reinsurance placement strategy and assist with portfolio management.-
- Support the production of the Group's reinsurance information, including data management, procedures, and controls, along with preparing reports, presentations, and data quality documentation.-
- Manage resolution processes with global stakeholders to address system or data issues.-
- Assist in the future development of reinsurance systems/solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve Group reinsurance reporting and monitoring objectives while establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.About you- We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who is looking to grow their career.-
- High degree of numeracy and excellent attention to detail.-

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.-
