- A sound understanding in delivering asphalt, surfacing, paving and/or minor civil works preferred.
- Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Business Management or related discipline ideal.
- A successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients, stakeholders and developing new business opportunities.
- Exposure to leading teams and driving accountability to achieve business outcomes including safety, quality and productivity.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare and monitor operational forecasts and budgets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate and liaise with people at all levels, both internal and external, to maintain positive working relationships.
- Commitment to quality outcomes with a focus on delivering in full and on time
- Strong safety focus - actively participate in and support Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategies.
