We are looking for a high-calibre Operations Supervisor to lead our team and drive operational efficiencies.
About the RoleThis is a supervisory position that requires you to create a positive work culture, manage site operations, and prepare detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities- Drive operational efficiencies and continually review and improve site operations
- Manage and prepare detailed reports, including toolbox meetings and performance management investigations
- Lead by example and create a good solid work and team culture
You should have experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the landfill or waste industry. A background in comprehensive safety management systems would be beneficial.
A relevant qualification, along with knowledge of HSE and environmental legislation, is desirable.
