Their state-of-the-art equipment boasts broad skills from an in-house embroidery, logistics and IT support platform to quick response distribution turnaround times.
As a one stop shop, and triple certified, this organisation is experienced in all facets of workwear & corporate clothing including a specialty in Hi-Visibility, Flame Retardant & Rail clothing.
**The role**
Committed to providing customers with the latest innovations available in the market, the business has steadily increased, seeing a need to seek out an experience Account Manager / Sales Representative
Working for this business will be unique and inspiring.
Each day you will support a range of customers making clear changes to the community and transforming the way safety and businesses alike co-exist together.
Your role will be paramount in ensuring customers are attended to, from the initial quoting stage to supply and aftercare, while working to busy timelines.
**The responsibilities**
As an experienced account manager / sales representative, you take control of your customer accounts, you make decisions, give advice, and provide exceptional support, as you collaborate and join forces with your clients.
You will build relationships, handle key accounts, and ensure timelines are met while safeguarding data integrity in their CRM system.
Make this role your own, bring your ideas and re-jig current procedures
- Maintain existing accounts, ensuring you maximise the relationship
- Supporting customers with pricing, invoicing, credits etc.
- Liaising with warehouse, distribution, and customer service team, to ensure customer service expectations are achieved.
- Monitor the national market, mapping out potential clients and anticipate needs
- Provide a strong brand presence across the Nation.
- Create monthly sales objectives, coupled with targets and timelines
- Coordinate a calendar of visits to potential clients and managing those relationships
- Achieve sales targets
- Conducting sales presentations, submitting quotes and ultimately closing sales
- Processing data and new client information onto an in-house system
- Digital recording and filing of all operations paperwork orders, inquiries, and inboxes in a timely manner, in accordance with company procedures
**The Essentials**
- 3+ years' experience in a sales/account management role
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Thrive and adapt in a changing, and continuously evolving business
- Show initiative, and independent thinking, with well-developed critical thinking skills.
- Display a positive, accountable, and customer-serviced-focused culture.
- Ability to build rapport and network with industry personnel and prospective clients.
- Proven presentation skills - able to clearly present product and information
- Outstanding customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals / groups
- Patient attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
