**Our Role**

Based at our Asia Pacific headquarters in North Sydney. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of the office, event management for senior leadership, and employee engagement related activities to bring hybrid work to life.

Responsible for effective operation of the office including facilities and services management, supervision of APAC office services roles, managing logistics for approved senior leadership and employee experience events supporting hybrid work.

As the leader of these areas you will:

- Act as an Office Manager to ensure effective operation of the North Sydney office, including facilities and services management, mail and courier management.
- Manage the relationship with the North Sydney building manager and lessor, manage repairs and maintenance with external contractors
- Oversee the performance of office services related roles in the Asia Pacific geography, to support the effective operation of each office.
- Event management of logistics and third-party services for approved senior leadership events and meetings.
- Manage travel arrangements in relation to such events including international travel for APAC senior leadership and incoming Global senior leaders.
- Plan, schedule and organise regular, intentional employee experiences to support our hybrid work model and build employee engagement, connections and sense of belonging.

The position supports the needs of a specific audience including global and APAC geography-based senior leaders, and partners closely with hr employees in each country. The position contributes to enhancing the employee experience and engagement within our 'office communities', helping to support and sustain culture and belonging.
