Business Administration Position

Location: Inner West Sydney

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing childcare fees, coordinating placements and enrolments, and utilising supporting software packages such as Hubworks and/or Harmony.

Key responsibilities:

  • Childcare fee management
  • Coordination of placements and enrolments
  • Utilisation of supporting software packages
  • Excellent computer, English and Math skills
  • Strong time management
  • Knowledge of childcare subsidy

The Business Administrator will also work 30 hours per week at Petersham Town Hall.

Additionally, we require a Councillor Events Officer to manage events and activities for our council. The successful candidate will have prior experience in event management, possess strong time management and organisational skills, and be able to work occasional evening or weekend work as required.
