**About the role**:
We require someone who can complement our existing freight investigation team and who can bring to the table a genuine passion for client satisfaction and customer service.
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Sound office administrative skills;
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritise your workload;
- Transport experience is preferable;
- Excellent typing skills;
- Strategic thinking, with ability to investigate, follow up and resolve issues;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
