Job Title: Freight Coordinator

  • Assist customers with collections, drop-offs, unidentified freight, repacks, and damages.
  • Manage escalations and freight investigations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure safety for all staff and visitors in customer areas.
  • Provide timely, accurate updates to customers via email and phone.
