Job Title

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring all paperwork and manifests are accurately entered into the JAIX Freight System. You will utilize your attention to detail skills while liaising with customers, drivers, depot managers, and other staff via phone, email, and in person.

  • Answering phones and redirecting incoming calls professionally
  • Taking pick-up enquiries and bookings
  • Providing administrative support as required
  • Creating manifests for freight
  • General office duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Liaising with customers, drivers, depot managers, and other staff via phone, email, and in person
