We are currently seeking experienced Communication Centre Officers to join our Woodside team. Reporting to the Security Team Leader, the Communication Centre Officer will be the first point of contact for incidents impacting Woodside and after-hours switch board services. The role will also be an emergency contact point for Woodside Assets, international offices, and personnel.

**The key accountabilities of the role will be**:

- Intelligence Threat Monitoring and Reporting
- Support to Emergency Management and Responses (Administration Role)
- Assist with emergency responses as a member of the Incident Response Team (IRT) as directed.
- Provide surveillance of abnormal incidents within the precincts of the facility and liaise with police as appropriate.
- Accountable for information security, management and appropriate use, in accordance with legislation, standards, policies and procedures.
- Comply with reasonable instructions that are provided for the safety of you and others at the workplace.
- Data analysis and report generation in relation to threats to Woodside personnel and assets.

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- It is a condition of employment in this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against Covid 19
- Equivalent qualification in security risk management, emergency management (AIIMS), or Intelligence Operations
- Equivalent Maritime security awareness training
- Effective Communication (verbal & written) skills
- High level of customer service skills
