Position: Customer Service Officer (Part-time, Fixed Term)

Location: Joondalup Campus

Salary: $77,040 to $82,054 per annum (HEW 4), pro-rata, plus 17% superannuation

Employment Type: Fixed term, part-time (0.8 FTE) until July 2026

About the Communications Centre

The department serves current and prospective students, providing exceptional service across various channels, including social media, chat, email, and calls. The team values a high-performing, student-first environment and is inclusive of all staff, including a service dog in the office.

  • Familiarity with social media and chat inquiries
