    What You'll Be Doing
    • Respond to inbound enquiries from domestic and international students via phone, email, live chat, and in person (Joondalup & Mount Lawley — City Campus from 2026).
    • Make outbound calls to connect with students and guide them forward.
    • Keep records accurate and up to date.
    • Stay informed on frequent process and system updates.
    • Maintain high standards in service quality, compliance, and customer experience.
    • Step in to support colleagues where needed.

    What We're Looking For
    • Positivity + team spirit — you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Customer service experience — ideally in a busy, multi-tasking role within a Contact Centre, however applicants without Contact Centre experience will still be considered.
    • Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and adaptable in both writing and speech.
    • Tech confidence — quick to learn and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
    • Calm under pressure — you follow processes while handling competing priorities.
    • Valid Australian working rights — international students encouraged to apply.

    What To Expect
    • Onboarding: Must be available full-time for two weeks in September for onboarding and training.
    • Ongoing: Minimum of 3 shifts per week, scheduled two weeks in advance. Shift allocation will depend on resourcing needs and your performance in the role and may vary based on enquiry volumes at different times of year.
    • Hours: Monday–Friday, between 8:30am and 5:15pm (hours may vary depending on peak and off-peak demand).
    • Additional Info: A service dog is present in the Centre — please consider this if you have allergies or other concerns.
