In this role, you'll be responsible for scheduling 60+ installations per week, ensuring a smooth day-to-day workflow for our installers and customers.
You'll be working closely with our technical, logistics, and customer service teams to keep everything running seamlessly.Please note: This role requires you to be on site Mon-Fri in our vibrant Byron Bay HQ located in the industrial estate - please only apply if you reside in the Northern Rivers.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and confirm installer availability nationwideReschedule and manage daily/weekly appointment changesRecruit and onboard electricians and plumbers nationallyManage inbound calls and texts from customers and contractorsProvide regular confirmations and negotiate rearrangementsResolve issues quickly and calmly, reassuring both customers and contractorsKeep installations on track by managing expectations and finding solutionsAbout You:Minimum 2+ years' experience in scheduling, project coordination, or BDM rolesStrong background in customer servicePersuasive and confident communicator with charmHighly organised and able to juggle multiple prioritiesQuick problem-solver with a calm, professional approachTech savvy, commercially astute, and a self-starter (Salesforce Experience a bonus)Why Join Us?
