We are on the hunt for a full-time employee to join our crew.

**The Role**

Must have a driver's license, own vehicle, previous experience in construction is an advantage. Immediate start. Warehouse located at Billinudgel, however jobs are from Kingscliff, down to Lennox and around.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pool Installation: Execute the construction and installation of swimming pools, including excavating the site, building the pool structure, and connecting necessary plumbing and filtration systems.
- Concrete and Masonry Work: Pour and finish concrete to create pool foundations, decks, and other related structures. Perform masonry work for walls, coping, and decorative features.
- Plumbing and Electrical: Install plumbing systems for water circulation, filtration, and drainage. Coordinate with electricians to connect pool equipment, lighting, and other electrical components.
- Equipment Setup: Assemble and install pool pumps, heaters, filters, and other equipment required for proper pool operation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets industry standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations. Perform quality checks throughout the construction process.
- Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. Safely operate heavy machinery such as excavators and concrete mixers.
- Site Cleanup: Keep the construction site clean and organized, disposing of debris and waste materials responsibly.
- Customer Communication: Collaborate with customers and project managers to understand design requirements, address any concerns, and provide updates on the construction progress.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address issues that arise during construction promptly, proposing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, minimizing risks to yourself and others on the construction site.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on construction tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

- Advantage if you have experience in steel fixing, concreting, tiling and aspects of general construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions.
