**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Drive outcomes to remediate issues and review identified root cause and resulting corrective actions as required
- Liaise with customers and support partners, while forming strong relationships
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager, partners, level 1 engineers and customers to ensure delivery of services
- Escalate issues to Deployed ICT ITSM Services
- Regularly review and report on issues and escalations
- Review current incidents and unresolved problems
- Review and prioritise aged ticket to resolution and review and monitor for compliance the Network related Changes for the network and System Configuration
- Manage the system availability and patch compliance

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Recognised qualifications in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication, or a related discipline
- Experience in Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment and Access Management
- Direct Defence experience or exposure to Defence project environments
- Australian Citizenship and an NV1 or higher security clearance
