Service Delivery Manager - NV1

Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an experienced NV1 cleared Service Delivery Manager on behalf of our leading defence consulting client in Canberra.
- 24 month + contract
- Canberra based - onsite presence required
- $900 - $1,100 p.d inc of super (experience dependant)

**Requirements**:

- Current NV1 security clearance or above
- 4 + year's Service Delivery Management expertise, preferably with pre-existing Defence industry experience
- Prior consulting experience highly prised
- Highly experienced in Agile methodology
- Proven technical operations experience
- Ability to facilitate Client meetings within a complex work environment
- In-depth knowledge of holistic security and the reasons behind managing attribution
- Relationships within the Defence and/or National Intelligence Community
- Recent commercial IT service delivery management or IT operations management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to build and manage client-vendor relationships
- Ability to influence and take people on the journey
- Experience in managing IT Change management
- Project Governance - client Quoting / invoicing, Contract management
- Project experience within Defence, namely CIOG
- Excellent communication skills - written & oral
- Experience in cloud environments - DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Good knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
- Good at presentation, time management and client relation skills.
- Experience with project management software such a Atlassian JIRA.
