Working closely with the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of service while working with and assisting the Asset Planning Manager in the overall strategic lifecycle management of all buildings and assets.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Australian National University (ANU) Contract; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Administration, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Technical expertise and trade qualifications in building, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
- High computer literacy, including experience with CMMS, Microsoft Office, databases and online systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of statutory obligations, Codes of Practice, Building Codes, and commitment to 100% WHS compliance and a zero-harm workplace.

More than anything, you'll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
