Our Business Support Team is looking for a self-motivated, proactive administrative assistant to join our global collaborative team.

**The Role**:
The Business Support Team (BST) within Mining Plus provide support to our technical personnel and we combine to form a committed and innovative global team. We are responsible for functions including accounts, commercial, project control, IT, business systems, human resources, HSEQ and marketing.

This position will provide a range of support to the global team, including travel coordination, processing expense claims, accounts receivable, coordination of events, project administration tasks, purchasing, IT asset management and other administrative duties as necessary. In this role, you will also assist in the smooth operation of the Melbourne office to ensure the team there are supported in real-time.

- You can prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment and effectively manage stakeholder expectations
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team

**Essential Criteria**:

- You are legally entitled to live and work in Australia
- 1+ years of previous experience in a general administrative role
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Google products
