What you'll do
- Work with a cross functional squad, comprising Product Leads, UX & UI, Developers and Testers, nurturing them to take ownership for their delivery processes and value-driven outcomes
- Collaborate with Product & Tech Leads to support the continual review and management of delivery roadmaps and backlogs
- Be an active participant and facilitator of important team ceremonies (e.g., planning & retrospectives) - promoting timely discussion and decision making, ensuring everyone participates, and handling conflict resolution
- Actively remove, or guide the squad to remove, impediments and waste to achieve a smooth and sustainable flow of work
- Build a safe and positive environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged
- Use agile metrics to inspect the team's current performance and identify areas and suitable methods for adaption in the pursuit of continuous improvement
- Contribute to the Agile community within the department

What you'll bring
- Demonstrable knowledge of various Agile / Lean principles, frameworks and tools and experience working with Software Development teams in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with people - an expert influencer and positive role model
- Proven track record of enabling data-driven continuous improvement with teams of various levels of maturity
- You'll be proactive and flexible, with excellent facilitation and coaching skills

Not essential but desirable:

- Proficiency with tools/software such as JIRA, Confluence & Miro

How you'll work - hybrid working

The world has changed. And so have we. We've embraced hybrid working and split our time between unique office spaces and the convenience of working from home.

Your office space

Leeds

Our spacious tech hub is less than a mile from Leeds train station. There's plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.

Need a break? You can blow off steam over a game of pool or table tennis, and stay fit at our subsidised gym.

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
