About the Role
**In this role you will**:

- Process ministerial and executive correspondence through the MINCOR system, including allocations, hard copy preparations and finalisations
- Undertake quality assurance of ministerial and executive correspondence to ensure alignment with style guide requirements for form, punctuation and grammar establish and maintain systems for the confidential management of hard copy correspondence
- Maintain follow up systems within the Office of the Commissioner to ensure the timely finalisation of correspondence
- Mail all finalised correspondence, ensuring compliance with the RecFind records management system and processes
- Provide technical support to MINCOR users across the organisation, as required
- Assist with administrative duties for the business unit, as required
- Undertake specific work activities or projects as requested by the manager
- Utilise high level communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary work environment and understand and implement continuous quality improvement principles.

**The essential requirements for this role are**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including editing and quality assurance
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation including senior/executive level managers on sensitive and confidential issues
- Ability to work both in a team and autonomously, and use initiative in the absence of decision-makers to establish work priorities and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work within a high pressure, rapidly changing environment whole establishing work priorities, problem solve and meeting daily deadlines in an environment of conflicting priorities
- You will be It savvy and have a good understanding of IT equipment maintenance and trouble-shooting, and demonstrate an ability to multi-task in a busy fast paced environment
