Job Description Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with teams to drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies.
Provide expert advice on employee relations and performance management matters.
Support the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
Analyse workforce data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
Facilitate learning and development programs to build organisational capability.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a blue collar workforce environment.
At least 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Proven experience in a strategic HR role within the Public Sector.
Strong understanding of workforce planning and organisational design.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to analyse and interpret workforce data effectively.
Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
