Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development practitioner to partner with our Technology and Data & Digital teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a transformational journey, where you will play a critical role in co-designing and implementing solutions that drive commercial outcomes and value.

You will manage and deliver strategic projects and programs of work, as well as cyclical activities, to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth of the organisation.

As an all-encompassing OD practitioner, you will have experience across various domains/portfolios, ideally with a strong focus/background in Technology, Digital & Data. You should have strong business partnering experience, experience supporting the design and leading the delivery of complex programs of work, and strong project management capabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver strategic projects and programs of work
  • Co-design and implement organisational development solutions
  • Partner with technology and data & digital leaders to drive initiatives that add value
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the centralised OD team
  • Utilise change management methodologies and create insights through data and analytics
