Business Partner Role Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be a collaborative and strategic partner who can drive business outcomes through effective people management.

About the Role

This Business Partner role is responsible for providing expert advice and support to senior leaders and stakeholders across the organisation. You will play a critical role in shaping the business strategy, driving cultural transformation, and ensuring that our people are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  2. Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and managers to develop their people management skills.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions to business challenges.
  4. Analyse data and insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, HR partners, and external vendors.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines.
