**The Role**

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a busy venue. You are to drive a strong and sustainable team culture and ensure that service continues to be authentic, attentive, and personable. You will be constantly challenging the status quo and looking for opportunities for improvement. In a senior leadership role, you will oversee all operational concerns ensuring that they are all in line with the venues, objectives, goals, and culture.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following;
- A background in high-volume venues with excellent service
- A minimum of 3 years experience managing a team
- Experience with staff recruitment, training, and ongoing development
- Capable and comfortable with making decisions in real-time
- Experience in stock management, ordering, and supplier engagement
- An outgoing and fun management style
- A hands-on approach and a professional investment in the performance of the business
