Welcome to Basement Brewhouse - the South West's premium sports bar and craft beer destination. With 30 taps pouring everything from local favourites to one-of-a-kind brews crafted in-house by our very own microbrewery utilising a Smart Brew system, plus a menu packed with burgers and classics, it's a venue that's buzzing with energy, flavour, and personality. We're on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager who's ready to step into something special. This isn't just about managing a bar and restaurant; it's about shaping the culture of a venue that's known for pushing boundaries. You'll be part of a wonderful team of food and beverage professionals, including our in-house brewer, while connecting with reps from some of Australia's most exciting breweries and bringing unique collaborations and events to life.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations of the Brewhouse with energy, professionalism, and vision.
- Work within a venue that combines craft beer, a microbrewery utilising Smart Brew technology, and a buzzing sports bar.
- Build, coach, and inspire a knowledgeable team that lives and breathes hospitality.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences - from busy game days to bespoke private events.
- Oversee budgets, sales growth, and profitability while keeping cost controls sharp.
- Collaborate with Marketing on creative promotions, events, and brewery partnerships.
- Drive staff development through training, performance management, and recognition.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manage stock, and keep the Brewhouse running seamlessly.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Restaurant or Bar Management experience in a high-volume venue.
- Knowledge of craft beer (or eagerness to learn fast).
- A dynamic, hands-on leader with strong people and communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability and a flair for decision-making.
- RSA & RCG certification, plus the right to work in Australia.
