Laundy Hotels are seeking a Venue Manager to join the team at Northies Cronulla Hotel.

A beachside icon, Northies Cronulla has been the beating heart of the community and the epicentre of the Shire's social scene since it was first established in 1888. A local favourite that's a one-stop for great food, drink, live entertainment, sport and play - all dependably great, and all right on the beach, providing a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a chilled seaside vibe.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the General Manager, as the Venue Manager at Northies Cronulla Hotel you are responsible for but not limited to:

- Have control over the venue's appearance and atmosphere for all events
- In charge of shift operations from setup, running and close down of the venue
- Training & onboarding, daily management and shift lead the venue team
- Work as part of the venue leadership team to instil culture of world class customer service
- Day and night shift reports
- Security of venue
- WHS knowledge
- Implementing policies and procedures within venue
