Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Our organization seeks a seasoned Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food and beverage operations across outlets, including supervision and coordination of staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in rostering, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager with service delivery for functions and special events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within Food and Beverage, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Possess a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is also necessary.
