Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Manager

The Food and Beverage Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our food and beverage operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team to provide exceptional service and meet guest needs;
  • Ensuring staff grooming and attire are clean and professional;
  • Completing opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment;
  • Inspecting storage areas for organization and cleanliness;
  • Assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees;
  • Following policies and procedures;
  • Welcoming guests according to company standards;
  • Anticipating and addressing guests' service needs;
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years of related work experience;
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in hospitality management or related field.
Responsibilities:

This position involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff performance, implementing quality control measures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
