An exciting opportunity now exists for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer and other members of the Executive team. As the Executive Assistant to the COO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the COO's daily activities, as well as providing administrative support to members of the executive team.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with highly accomplished and driven executives, contributing to the overall success of the firm.
Key responsibilities
Diary and meeting management involving the coordination of complex diaries.
Arranging interstate and overseas travel, accommodation bookings, expenses and invoices.
Assistance and involvement with various projects and tasks within the firm as required.
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships, including with partners and senior managers within business services. This will include dissemination of information throughout the firm, dialogue and communication with the broader executive team.
Required skills and experience
Proactive and able to use good judgement and initiative to assist with business outcomes, and work with mínimal supervision.
Highly proficient computer skills across the Microsoft suite of products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint in particular.
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
Unquestionable integrity in dealing with confidential information.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
