**Your new role**

We are looking to welcome this new role to our internal communications team who will, through their experience in leveraging the capabilities of the 365 suite, understanding of digital workspaces as a way to connect employees in hybrid environments, elevate the employee experience at the Fund.

Everyone at AustralianSuper plays a crucial role in the retirement outcomes for our members, so it is important that they are connected, informed and proud of the work we do. In this role you will use your technical prowess in conjunction with your expert communication skills to craft compelling, dynamic, and edgy content that engages and inspires.

Some key responsibilities but not limited to;
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan for Colleague Digital Experience that aligns with the Fund's goals and objectives.
- Ensure the Fund appropriately leverages the Microsoft Office 365 solution stack to develop and mature the Fund's colleague digital experience and enterprise communications channels.
- Work across the Fund to manage, develop and deliver our internal events calendar recognising the organisation's blended working policy and global workforce.
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the intranet.
- Nurture and maintain internal relationships across all levels of the Fund.

**What you'll need**
- Demonstrated experience managing existing and implementing new internal communications channels in a large organisation.
- Experience in a similar role in a large, complex organisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in best practice internal communications, delivering measurable results aligned to an organisation's values and culture.
- Demonstrated experience using the Office 365 channel suite including SharePoint
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A willingness to try new things
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing broad range of internal communications content channels and leveraging these for maximum impact.
- Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines and remain composed under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage positively with colleagues and with confidence.
