Career Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and support internal communication strategy, culture, and engagement initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization, providing members with a range of business information services and education. As an internal communications specialist, you will play a key role in co-ordinating and supporting internal communication channels and content including newsletters, intranet content, business updates, and supporting materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and coordinate a range of internal communication channels and content.
  • Plan and coordinate employee events focused on culture and engagement.
  • Provide communication support to stakeholder groups on organization-wide initiatives and projects as required.
  • Develop and maintain a communication program that promotes effective employee engagement.
  • Effectively liaise with stakeholders and teams across the organization to understand challenges and opportunities to improve internal communication aligned to the communication and culture and engagement strategies.
  • Champion organizational values and look for opportunities to embed them into day-to-day activities and internal communication strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in strategic communications.
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant communication, public relations, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience executing communication programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of internal communication methodologies and communication best practice.
