Job Overview:

The Corporate Communications Specialist is a vital role that involves executing internal communications programs and content development across various channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content for internal and external communications, including CEO messages, newsletters, email announcements, intranet postings, and social media updates.
  • Develop and implement core internal communications programs to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Provide change management advice and support to ensure seamless implementation of company-wide communications.
  • Collaborate with various business units to create content for internal projects.
  • Draft and distribute newsletters and other communications for the channel business.
  • Contribute to the corporate blogging program and support the corporate social media communications strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the company website.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal communications planning and change management, preferably in the ICT industry.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a communications-related role.
  • Experience with managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
