**About Hyatt Centric Melbourne**
**The Role**:
This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of Melbourne's newest five star hotel, recently opened in December 2021, and the only Hyatt Centric in Australia.
As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administration duties whilst maintaining the strictest confidentiality in all matters. Working directly with the General Manager, you will provide support ensuring efficient client service in order to achieve our purpose.
Working within the Executive Office, you will support the General Manager in supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the business as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:
- Support the General Manager in managing the day to day functions of the Executive Office
- Extensive diary management
- Coordinating all domestic and international travel arrangements
- Responding to Guest feedback and enquiries
- Typing confidential correspondence
- Taking minutes of meetings as required
- Following up with the Department Heads within the hotel on tasks assigned to them
**Qualifications**:
**About you**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar of administrative environment reporting to Executive level
- Broad knowledge of administration processes
- Ability to liaise at Executive level, work under pressure and multi-task
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational / time management skills
