As we enter our next stage of growth, we're looking for a dynamic and driveneCommerce & Marketing Managerto lead our digital, performance marketing, and brand strategy.
This is a pivotal leadership role that is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering results, leading a creative team, and bringing strategy to life across all channels.
This role is 4 days per week, based at our beautiful HQ on the Gold Coast, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
What you'll do:
- Lead the end-to-end eCommerce and digital marketing strategyacross Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, social media, and third-party platform partners.
- Drive revenue growththrough high-performance, data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, including content creators, ad specialist, a marketing co-ordinator, and SEO agency.
- Oversee all paid performance marketing, working with specialist partners to achieve strong ROAS and conversion outcomes.
- Plan and deliver seasonal photo shoots and integrated campaignsin collaboration with the Founder and creative team.
- Develop and execute content strategiesacross social media, email, website, and broader digital channels.
- Optimise the full digital customer journey— from acquisition to conversion, retention, and loyalty.
- Lead influencer and brand partnership initiatives, aligning with the brand's values and aesthetic.
- Build and execute promotional campaigns(e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day), ensuring commercial success.
- Track key performance metrics, report on outcomes, and continually optimise for growth across all touchpoints.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in eCommerce and digital marketingwithin the fashion, lifestyle DTC space
- Proven ability to lead digital campaigns that drive conversions, customer acquisition, and growth
- Hands-on experience across performance marketing, social media, email, and SEO
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills — able to manage teams and agency partners
- Deep understanding of the modern fashion consumer and the omnichannel retail landscape
- Technical capability with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads Manager and must be proficient with AI tools and emerging tech
- Based on the Gold Coast (or able to travel regularly to our HQ)
