The ideal candidate will own campaign delivery end to end from strategy to optimization and help shape how the agency delivers SEO/SEM results that matter.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Design and Delivery: Designing and delivering SEO and SEM campaigns for government, non-profit, and commercial clients.
- Goal Setting and Budget Management: Setting clear goals, managing budgets, and optimizing campaigns to improve ROI and client success.
- Strategic Insights: Presenting strategy and insights with confidence ensuring clients understand what's working and why.
- Audit and Optimization: Conducting audits and applying best practices in indexing, structure, schema markup, and performance.
- Ad Campaign Launch and Refining: Launching and refining Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Report Generation: Delivering meaningful reports that identify opportunities and drive decision-making aligned with client goals.
- Experience: Having 2+ years' hands-on SEO/SEM experience.
- Agency Background: Agency background with experience in juggling multiple clients and competing priorities.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into smart decisions.
- Clear Communication: Clear communicator able to explain strategy and results in plain English.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with sharp eye for detail and delivery.
- Tech Comfort: Comfortable around CMS platforms (WordPress, Umbraco) and basic technical language.
- Self-Directed: Self-directed, organised, and accountable taking ownership and following through.
- SEO/SEM Experience: Experience in SEO and SEM.
- Digital Tools Knowledge: Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, AHREFs, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush.
