**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled software engineering leader to spearhead the design and implementation of AI-powered SDKs and platform APIs. This role will enable developers to rapidly build, test, and deploy apps that integrate with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing AI-powered SDKs and platform APIs to empower developers with efficient app integration
Architecting intelligent developer interfaces that provide real-time guidance, API feedback, and best-practice recommendations
Driving innovation in SDK tooling using LLMs and model-centric architectures for intelligent scaffolding, type-safe interfaces, interactive docs, and in-editor code suggestions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure SDKs and APIs deliver exceptional developer ergonomics, scalability, and alignment with our platform strategy
Mentoring engineers and shaping the strategic direction of our developer platform
About the Team**
The Ecosystem Experiences Group focuses on building the App Marketplace, Developer Portal, and SDKs. We work closely with hundreds of developers to enable access to our Apps SDK and public REST API. As a software engineering leader, you'll drive engineering strategy to deliver secure and reliable products while managing trade-offs on ambitious goals.
Requirements:**
Proven experience building SDK or API platforms for developer ecosystems, especially in AI-augmented environments
Experience creating SDKs and tools that simplify integration, versioning, and discovery of capabilities across web-based and multi-platform contexts
Familiarity with TypeScript and/or Python, and modern SDK scaffolding frameworks, API design conventions, and developer tooling ecosystems
Background in developer relations, API advocacy, or platform enablement
