The opportunity
Our Graduate Program has multiple positions available commencing in early February 2026, for those who have studied in the Software Engineering discipline.
We are looking for Graduates who are enthusiastic about becoming future leaders. With our program, no two days will be the same - you'll experience different areas of the business and become a key player in contributing towards the overall business strategy.
During the course of your two-year program, you'll get a broad understanding of our organisation by working in multiple teams. You will have the opportunity to work across our different technology divisions in the organisation.
Designed to accelerate your transition from studies to work life, the program provides you with opportunity to build a strong career foundation and expand your leadership capabilities along the way.
Our Graduate Program offers tailored development activities, across multiple projects, and an opportunity to be mentored by industry experts. If you join you will:
- Participate in World leading Global Content Training to mould you into a Kaizen guru by learning our methodology on systems and processes.
- Grow your project management and problem-solving skills by taking on projects individually or together with your teammates.
- Connect with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to build on your communication & presenting skills.
We'd love to hear from you if you've qualified with a University Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree between July 2024 and December 2025 and if:
- You're great at building relationships, connecting and communicating with people
- You're optimistic, enthusiastic and keen to continuously improve
- You're a team player and get a buzz from delivering results
- You're a natural collaborator who enjoys being involved in a variety of different business activities
- You're comfortable managing information and making decisions
- You prioritise your work and you never miss a deadline
- You know your way around Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- You are an Australian/NZ Citizen or hold PR
If you're selected for our graduate program, we'll offer you a 2-year Fixed Termemployment contract. Nearing the end of the 2-year program, we partner with you in exploring career opportunities beyond the program and aim to guide your transition into a suitable role at Revolution Software Services.
