Job Title: Technical Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our team of engineers in the automotive and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, Linux, and open source technologies, with experience in C/C++ and Python programming.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and leading a globally distributed team of engineers, coordinating and guiding their work, and ensuring timely delivery and high-quality software products. They will also represent us in the industrial and automotive community and standards consortia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the automotive and industrial sectors
  • Represent us in the industrial and automotive community and standards consortia
  • Grow and develop the skills of team members through coaching, feedback, and hands-on technical leadership
  • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality software products
  • Work closely with product management to refine the vision and strategy for automotive products

Requirements:

  • Strong software engineering, Linux, and open source technology background
  • Experience in C/C++ and Python programming
  • Practical experience in automotive, including functional safety, embedded systems, cloud, and related software trends
  • Experience leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software developers
  • Track record of timely delivery and high-quality software products
