Software Engineering Leader
Produce high-quality software as a senior software engineer. You will collaborate with designers to turn prototypes into deliverable products, contribute to the development of major features, and provide technical guidance through mentoring, library development, and code review.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers to develop working prototypes.
Contribute to the creation of significant software features.
Provide technical leadership through knowledge sharing, library maintenance, and code analysis.
Resolve complex technical challenges.
Required Skills:
A deep understanding of programming fundamentals.
Knowledge of concurrency and parallelism techniques.
Experience in making informed technical decisions and seeing them through.
Ability to debug, profile, and resolve performance issues.
A track record of developing reusable code libraries.
Excellent communication skills.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with diverse languages that have alternate paradigms.
Proficiency in user interface design principles.
Understanding of linear algebra concepts.
Experience with testing methodologies.

This role sits within the Product Development team and reports directly to the CTO. You will work closely with other engineers, designers, quality assurance teams, and executive members.
