**About the Role**: Are you a dynamic and experienced Fixed Operations Manager? We want you to lead our service and parts departments to excellence Reporting to the State Manager, you'll be at the helm of our service center, driving performance, exceeding financial targets, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire a team of Service Advisors, Parts Interpreters, and Technicians to achieve greatness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-Day Management: Oversee daily operations of the service and parts departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead your team to meet and exceed performance targets (KPIs).
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the State Manager and COO on long-term planning and strategies.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop, implement and refine processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance to achieve departmental goals.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other internal departments to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
- Reporting and Administration: Handle reporting, maintain accurate records, and perform general service administration tasks as needed.

**About You**:

- Experience: Previous experience as a Fixed Operations Manager or similar in the automotive industry.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams, achieving KPIs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Focus: Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective management capabilities, and financial acumen.
