**Front of House & Admin Superstar Wanted**

**Location**: Brisbane CBD
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

For over **10 years**, **Screen Fixed** has been Brisbane's go-to destination for expert device repairs and exceptional customer service. We're now seeking a friendly and organized **Front of House & Admin Superstar** to join our dedicated team and be a key part of our continued success.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in-store with a welcoming attitude and assist with their repair needs.
- Provide quotes for necessary repairs and book customers in for our fast, reliable services.
- Communicate with customers over the phone, in person, and online to provide updates and support.
- Upsell and cross-sell products such as accessories and additional services.
- Manage e-commerce tasks, including listing products, packaging, and dispatching orders using platforms like Shopify.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A solid understanding of mobile phones and repairs is highly valued. Experience in phone repairs, mobile device sales, and accessories sales is preferred, along with basic knowledge of phone parts and components.
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms is a bonus. No prior experience? No problem—we offer comprehensive training
- Strong skills in sales, effective communication, and organization are essential to thrive in this role.
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
