**Job Description**:
The Client Experience team supports the national sales team to deliver a best in market experience for our commercial partners. The Client Experience Manager is responsible for the tracking and delivery of client projects.

You will work collaboratively across different divisions within our business from content partnerships, through to creative and production to consistently deliver project outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations.

Through a thorough understanding of our customers' needs and goals you will ensure quality in execution. You will also be looking for ways to optimise a client's experience to deliver valued and memorable customer interactions which deliver commercial outcomes.

**Key responsibilies**:

- Work as an expert project manager to ensure you deliver a market leading experience to our clients. You must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple teams and projects at different stages.
- Have a solid understanding of our client project objectives so each individual project is executed efficiently with great attention to detail.
- Be a problem-solver who can act quickly and effectively. You'll need to follow your instincts to anticipate and handle problems, and to communicate them to clients.
- Responsible for relevant client communications, to effectively manage conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with multiple internal departments with the ability to develop collaborative working relationships.
- Operate effectively in a solutions-based culture and demonstrate proactivity and collaboration at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- It is imperative you have a minimum 4 year's experience in a media environment with project management / implementation experience.
- Understand the media/advertising landscape and creative process.
- You've had experience in working across or implementing either brand and content integration, multiscreen solutions across television, digital, radio, social, licensing and/or events.
- Highly organised multi tasker with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Outstanding project management skills with a relentless focus on quality output, ability to solve problems and think proactively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations.
- Proficient at Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
