This role involves driving exceptional client experiences for assigned clients through expert account management and business development.
Responsibilities:- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support that meets their needs and expectations.
- Maintain daily client dashboards to monitor open issues and proactively address any concerns.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for client inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to deliver cohesive solutions that meet client requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on workflow optimization and identify opportunities to expand relationships with clients.
- Monitor client health via scorecards and develop remediation plans when necessary to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience or 3+ years of CWAN platform expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Math, or related fields is required.
- Detailed understanding of investment management workflows and operations is essential.
- Strong organizational skills, motivation, and willingness to learn technical and operational competencies are vital for success in this role.
