· Experience in marketing and content management.

· Event management experience.

Job Purpose

· The Client Experience Manager delivers high-quality, personalised service to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and reset meeting rooms for client appointments.

· Greet clients and handle enquiries professionally.

· Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across the company website and social platforms.

· Oversee daily marketing activities with internal and external stakeholders.

· Maintain and schedule content plans.

· Support content creation and management.

· Plan and execute eDM campaigns.

· Organise and manage client events.

· Lead traditional marketing initiatives as needed.

· Develop and manage marketing automation workflows.

· Collaborate with external vendors to support business objectives.

· Own and enhance the client journey in partnership with stakeholders.

· Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery.
